About This Document
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sable & Co website and your participation in our financial education programmes. We ask that you read them at your own pace before registering for any programme or making use of this website.
Sable & Co is a financial education practice registered in Malaysia, operating from Level 14, Wisma Alor Pine, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur. For legal enquiries, please write to [email protected].

Definitions
Throughout this document, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
- "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions in their current form, as may be updated from time to time.
- "We / Us / Our" refers to Sable & Co, a financial education practice based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- "You / User" refers to any individual who visits our website, registers an interest, or enrols in a programme.
- "Services" means the educational programmes, workshops, and engagements offered by Sable & Co, including the Personal Ledger Workshop, the Pre-Retirement Reading Programme, and the Private Household Review Engagement.
- "Website" means the Sable & Co website and all pages accessible from it.
- "Content" means all text, printed materials, workbooks, worksheets, written summaries, and other materials produced or provided by Sable & Co in connection with the Services.
- "Programme Materials" means participant workbooks, printed year-plans, cloth-bound folios, and any written summaries provided as part of a specific programme.

Acceptance of Terms
By using this Website or submitting an enquiry or registration for a Sable & Co programme, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
- If you are registering on behalf of a household, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
- If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration or continued use of this Website.

Service Description
Sable & Co offers financial education programmes for working adults and households in Malaysia. Our Services are educational in character and are not intended to constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any form of regulated financial service.
- Personal Ledger Workshop — A one-day workshop on personal financial record-keeping. Held twice a year at the Kuala Lumpur studio. Price: RM 520 per participant.
- Pre-Retirement Reading Programme — A five-session educational programme for working adults in the later years of their planned working life. Price: RM 2,180 per participant.
- Private Household Review Engagement — A four-month engagement for households seeking a quiet and deliberate review of their financial picture. Price: RM 4,450 per household engagement.
Availability of specific programme dates is subject to change. We will communicate scheduling details directly to registered participants. Services are primarily available to residents in Malaysia.

Enrolment & Scheduling
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from Sable & Co. Places in each programme are limited and are allocated in the order in which payments are received.
- Session dates, times, and venue details will be communicated by email following enrolment confirmation.
- Sable & Co reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session in circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of a cancellation by Sable & Co, participants will be offered a transfer to the next available session or a full refund.
- Participants requesting a change of date after enrolment should contact us in writing. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible for all programmes.
- For the Private Household Review Engagement, initial session timing will be agreed upon directly between Sable & Co and the participating household at the time of confirmation.

User Responsibilities
Participants and website users are asked to engage with Sable & Co's programmes and materials in good faith and in a manner that is respectful of other participants and facilitators.
- Information provided during the registration or engagement process should be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Programme materials, written summaries, and other Content provided by Sable & Co are intended for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered participant.
- Recording of sessions in any form — audio, video, or otherwise — is not permitted without prior written consent from Sable & Co.
- Participants are asked not to reproduce, distribute, or share programme materials with third parties.
- The Website must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage the reputation of Sable & Co.

Intellectual Property
All Content on this Website and all programme materials produced by Sable & Co — including session frameworks, written summaries, workbooks, and printed year-plans — remain the intellectual property of Sable & Co.
- Upon payment and enrolment, participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal educational purposes.
- This licence does not extend to reproduction, republication, resale, or distribution of materials in any form.
- The Sable & Co name, wordmark, and any programme names are proprietary designations and may not be used without written permission.

Payment & Refunds
All programme fees are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are payable in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment methods accepted will be communicated to you at the time of registration.
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of cleared funds.
Refund policy:
- Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before the first session date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 calendar days before the first session date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days before the first session date are not eligible for a refund; however, a credit toward a future programme may be considered at the discretion of Sable & Co.
- For the Private Household Review Engagement, cancellation terms will be set out in the written engagement confirmation provided at the time of enrolment.
- In the event that a programme is cancelled by Sable & Co, a full refund will be provided.

Confidentiality
Sable & Co treats information shared by participants during programmes — particularly during the Private Household Review Engagement — with discretion. Information shared in a session context will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
- Participants are similarly asked to treat information shared by other participants in group settings with appropriate discretion.
- Written summaries produced during the Private Household Review Engagement are provided solely to the participating household and are not shared with or accessible by other clients.

Disclaimers
Sable & Co's programmes are educational in nature. They are designed to help participants develop a clearer understanding of personal finance concepts. They are not a substitute for professional financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.
- Nothing communicated in a programme session, written summary, workbook, or on this Website constitutes a recommendation to take any specific financial action.
- Specific product choices — including EPF strategies, insurance products, investment instruments, or housing decisions — are matters for participants to consider in consultation with appropriately qualified professionals of their choosing.
- Sable & Co makes no representations regarding outcomes that may result from the application of concepts discussed in its programmes. Individual financial circumstances vary, and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
- The Website and its content are provided in good faith but without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Sable & Co's total liability in connection with any claim arising from or related to its Services or this Website shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the specific programme to which the claim relates.
- Sable & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in a programme or use of this Website.
- This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sable & Co, its facilitators, and staff harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- Your misuse of programme materials or Content;
- Any inaccurate or misleading information provided to Sable & Co during registration or an engagement.

Termination
Either party may bring an engagement to a close by giving written notice. The following terms apply:
- If Sable & Co terminates an engagement for reasons other than breach of these Terms, a proportionate refund for sessions not yet delivered will be provided.
- If a participant chooses to withdraw from a programme part-way through, the refund policy in Section 7 applies to the extent relevant.
- If Sable & Co terminates an engagement due to conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms, no refund will ordinarily be due.
- Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
- Before commencing formal proceedings, we ask that disputes be raised in writing with Sable & Co, allowing a reasonable period of not less than 21 days for informal resolution.
- Sable & Co is willing to consider mediation as an alternative to litigation where the parties mutually agree.
- Participants may also have recourse to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia) in respect of eligible consumer claims.

General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any written engagement confirmation provided at the time of enrolment, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sable & Co in respect of the subject matter herein.
- Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver. Failure by Sable & Co to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in future.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Sable & Co.
- Notices. Formal notices under this Agreement should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to the address below.

Changes to These Terms
Sable & Co may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Participants with active enrolments at the time of a material change will be informed by email.
Your continued use of the Website or participation in a programme following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
